Well - known Indian menswear fashion brand, Mufti launches its first travel retail store at CSIA


With an ambition to enhance the retail experience of male air travelers transiting through the city, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport has announced the inauguration of the renowned Indian progressive fashion brand for men – Mufti at its Terminal 1. This announcement complements CSIA’s image of being the most preferred travel retail destination for premium international and national brands in India.


The brand was introduced at Terminal 1 to cater especially to the large number of business travelers who make their way through the airport on a daily basis, a majority of them male. Businessmen rushed for time can now browse through a premium collection of casual menswear right before boarding their flights, and purchase the perfect outfit to relax in after a meeting.



Since its inception, Mufti has evolved from a brand that offered casual menswear in the shirt and denim categories; to one that now offers a range of T-shirts, shorts, joggers, outerwear, blazers and some accessories also. This announcement is an authentication of the airport’s commitment towards bringing a choice selection of premium domestic & international brands under one roof for its travelers.


Currently, Mufti is available in approximately 110 LFSs (large format stores), 1200 MBOs (multi-brand outlets), 250 EBOs (exclusive brand outlets) pan India and all leading e-commerce portals.


With a variety of outlets at the terminal, the airport has successfully set up a retail spread that caters to the need of travelers from every age group and promises to offer an enriching retail experience to air travelers transiting through the city.

The new integrated Terminal 2 at CSIA enhances the airport’s capacity to service 40 million passengers and one million tons of cargo annually.
